A legal disclaimer

Our goal at Floyd Rose Bridge is to complete your return with 7 to 14 days.  Orders placed via debit or credit cad will be refunded to the account used to purchase the item.  Paypal purchases will be refunded to Paypal, and Apple Pay to Apple Pay.  Defective merchandise will be replaced with similar or identical products if returned within 30 days.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all physical items we sell.

To initiate a return, please contact our support email, you will be issues an RA number, any returns, sent to us without an RA number will not be processed.
